AESSEAL® scored significantly above average in all the categories its customers were questioned on, including product quality, reliability and cost, the helpfulness and competence of staff and the ease and speed with which it does business.

The UKCSI independent survey is considered to be the national measure of customer satisfaction. It gives insight into the quality of customer service in 13 sectors of the economy, with over 10,000 customers and 45,000 survey responses to benchmark business against.

Managing Director, Chris Rea said:

Our promise to customers is simple: we aim to give such exceptional service that they need never seek another source of supply. This survey shows we are keeping our promise. Now we want to do even better.

Emma Turner, Head of Commercial and Supply Chain at AESSEAL® said the company focus had always been strongly on customer service with this direction coming from the very top.

We chose to be assessed against the Retail (non-food) Sector of the UKCSI - the toughest classification which really sets the bar for customer satisfaction and innovation in customer service. We will now be examining the full report in greater detail to look at any areas where we might improve our customer service even further.
